I was nervous about switching to BFFE because my dogs were used to a different daycare, but this place has gone above and beyond all my expectations!! I would highly recommend you bring your dogs here!! The intake process was super easy, and they were great about providing the initial feedback! The online portal is also super convenient and easy to use. They have really been attentive and caring for both my dogs. Last week, they noticed that one of my dogs had a bump on the underside of his paw and immediately called me! They even followed up with me after I took him to the vet!! My elderly dog goes to their "Assisted Canine Care" side of the facility, and they provide updates for her visits every time. BFFE is stellar, and I highly highly recommend them!!! :) My dogs genuinely enjoy coming here!!

They are there to babysit my boy when I’m busy, board while I’m away and bathe him when he stinks. Whether I’m stuck late at work, have an unexpected emergency or just want to bring my dog for some good ole playtime- they are there and ready! All I do is recommend this place to my friends and coworkers- that’s how much I love them. I mean who doesn’t enjoy absolutely fun filled report cards and photos of your best friend while you’re unable to be with them? 10/10 service EVERYDAY. 6am? Happy smiling faces ready to accept my boy. 9pm? STILL happy smiling faces letting me know Rusty had been the best boy. They’ve become Rusty’s favorite car ride and my go to babysitter. The price is high but my dog has always been well-taken care of and even after a few weeks or months of no daycare or boarding, the staff there remember my dog, which makes me think they may have lower turnover than some of the other facilities in the area, which for me is a good sign. I feel they’re honest regarding how much he eats, how well he does, when he’s anxious etc. I’d rather be told he didn’t eat much and was anxious or something a day or two than be lied to about him eating his whole portion of food or having no issues. The pictures and report cards are always appreciated, my kids very much look forward to seeing how their pup Wilbur is doing while he is “on vacation visiting his doggy friends.” Yes, it costs a lot, but in my experience it has absolutely been worth it.
